To all Peaceworkers,
It was with great anticipation for the coming events of this year that a Communications Team met in the IGF to connect with the global peace vision. The team had a lot to consider and coordinate. With great joy we are looking forward to the forthcoming Summer University, the Vision Quest, and the subsequent pilgrimage accompanied by the Children's Theater Tour. With this year's events we want to beckon to the world to connect to the peace forces who are active worldwide and to show solidarity with them.
The text of empowerment I have chosen for this week is an excerpt from "Sources of Love," to give us the power we need for our activities, especially during this year's pilgrimage.
Text of Empowerment:
(Sources of Love and Peace, Sabine Lichtenfels)
Connect with MY Dream
Connect with MY dream, which is also yours, and let new creation arise from this process.
MY dream also lives in nature and in the landscape that surrounds you. You can connect with this dream and then realize it in gardening and ecology.
You recognize if you are connected with MY dream by your gain in power. Being connected with the dream of Creation always leads to a gain in power.
It is only when the connection with MY dream, the dream of the Soul of Creation, is lost that the feeling arises of having to act from your own effort and to possibly stand alone against a whole world.
The dream of community is dreaming itself through you.
Through you the dream of a universal society and the connectedness with all existence is dreamt.
Connected with ME, you no longer need to protect yourselves and isolate yourselves from a strange world. You learn what it means to be protected through an aware presence and connectedness.
Connected with ME, you will no longer think in categories of possessions. Everything that you have is with you, so that you recognize and redeem the inner dream through your realization.
Sentence of Empowerment: The connection with the dream of Creation always leads to a gain in power.
With best wishes
