To all Peaceworkers,
The first group of travellers from Tamera has landed in Bogotá, Colombia, on their way to the Peace Community of San José de Apartadó. Here we will attend the 5th anniversary memorial of the last massacre the community suffered from. Afterwards we will lead a peace education in the framework of the Global Campus for young peace workers from all over Colombia.

In Switzerland, Barbara Kovats and me visited the SOL (School for Open Learning) in Liestal, near Basel. It was touching to hear the true questions and feel their compassion. With a donation out of the pupil's kitty we were sent on our way, direction Colombia, via Madrid. When these lines reach you, we will hopefully have had a good landing.
In Tamera we can count on a reliable homebase which will strengthen us with "geist" and soul, enabling us to unfold our gifts and talents for the wellbeing of all in the middle of the jungle.
The people of Colombia are dependent on those among us who recognise the deeds of the western world in the role of perpetrator and who now wish to heal its effects.
Please contribute to the dissemination of information about this healing, in order to reach the world and please help that the mental and spiritual door of true compassion is opening up all over the globe. Are we aware that a large part of what is known as the "ecological movement" is misused to displace farmers from their lands, to expropriate people and thereby ignoring human rights?
It seems that even the European Union and the World Wildlife Fund use ecological arguments to recommend and subsequently finance gigantic palm oil plantations for the production of biodiesel - this against all justice.
A change in climate is already noticeable in Colombia, as a result of deforestation. For weeks it has not rained in the rain forest! This is only one example caused by the globalisation of violence which feeds itself quietly from mass murder. There is no way past letting ourselves be touched by the blatant injustice to enable us to resort to new ways.
This is the Ring of Power Team addressing you:
During the coming weeks, while Sabine Lichtenfels is in Colombia and at times on the way in remote areas and not online, the Ring of Power will of course go on. You will receive the texts from us, the Team.
Starting today, a 24-hour presence will be maintained in the Institute for Global Peacework in order to stay in close contact with our comrades in Colombia, to accompany them mentally and spiritually and to be able to react directly to questions they might have. We work transcontinentally and jointly on the global net of light - the emerging "geistig" magnetic field for a future without war.
During these weeks we invite our friends all over the world to specially tune into and connect to the global field of healing. Fear and violence have to disappear from the globe - in Colombia, in Israel-Palestine, in Tibet, everywhere.
Text of Empowerment: Cry out human being, cry out!
by Dieter Duhm "Theory of global healing"
In many regions of the earth there is such a suffering that can bearly be imagined anymore. Burning, mutilation and torture are the order of the day. The public turns the other way, because it cannot bear the sight of it. In Latin America, villages and fields are being burnt to strengthen multinational corporations by forming "Free Trade Zones". In the Tibetan work camps, set up by the Chinese, women and men, who were torn away from their families, starve to death. In Afghanistan children are crying, suffering from the pain of burns from American bombs. In Palestine a wall, eight meters high is being drawn through gardens, school yards and neighbourhoods. In Chechnya grenades were thrown into cellars, where elderly people were hiding, so that a Russian president could win his election.
(...)
Nobody wants to be a witness; nobody wants to say what is happening. The victims have no public lobby, no advocates, and no protection. They have become numbers in an international roulette about power and profit.
Cry out human being, cry out! Cries from the cellars of torture, from the prisons, from the battlefields on earth... Alas, the cries cannot be heard any longer, there are far too many of them. If all beings who at this moment are tortured could cry out, the world would be one single cry. And while these lines are being written, hundreds die of hunger, cold and torture. I do not write this because I like to revel in the end of the world, but rather, because I know, that we are capable of ending this inferno. If we are able to recognise the dimensions of suffering, we will be able to estimate the dimensions of the necessary healing.
(...)
Yes, I am responsible for the suffering on this Earth and I can be a contribution towards ending it. When people are able to do this then they become true spiritual masters and can help.
Sentence of empowerment: Yes, I can be a contribution to end the suffering on this Earth.
With best wishes!
