Sabine Lichtenfels - Spiritual Work

To all Peaceworkers,

It is done! The first part of the Winter Education in Tamera has been completed. For some of us, now begins the translation into practice. On Saturday the 6th of February, Barbara Kovats and me are leaving Tamera with a stop-over in Switzerland before travelling on to Colombia.

It will be our practical test. How far have we come and how strong is our power to envision global peace? Will our power of vision for planetary peace withstand what we will meet in the middle of crisis areas?

Together with us will be almost twenty other persons who are students of the Tamera Peace Education. We wish for you too to take part in our journey and are glad about all of you who address and study similar human questions pertinent to the places and situations where you are in right now. During the coming weeks life itself will be our living library.

Are we capable of repeatedly switching from fear and mistrust to trust? Also in difficult situations? Will we be able to connect to the great view of the love that reigns at the centre of the Universe and guides us, if we open up to it?

Do we own a "geistig" (mental/spiritual) peace power strong enough to help us to transform the continuing drama between victims and perpetrators which unfolds in all of us? Are we aware that this has become an ingrained social structure which expresses itself constantly and unconsciously in countless everyday situations?

Are we able to recognize this structure within ourselves and others and are we able to overcome it? The war society and its transformation is the great "geistig" adventure in which we all take part. As human beings on this vast stage of life, we will learn to accept our responsibility ever more comprehensively and at the same time to generate deep humility, awakened by the miracle of life itself, if we only open up to it. Mother Earth is our "great love".

Together with her we open up to the grand adventure of transformation.

We thank all of you who support us, both spiritually in meditation and financially with donations.

We are guided by the vision of all of us as a "Planetary Family" that lives, works, feels and thinks for peace. May we succeed!

Cry out human being, cry out!

If you read this (text) for your own inner renewal or self-change, then I suggest to you to permit your attention for a moment to wander to a place were your consciousness normally would never wants to go. It is on the dark side of history. Light a candle and allow yourself for one moment to illuminate the human drama without being scared. Look at what is taking place worldwide at this very moment and allow the thought of you being a part of all this and as such also a part of its possible solution.

No false comfort.

We should not look for comfort in spiritual truths too quickly since they will reveal their essential core only at a deeper dimension. In the New-Age-Movement it has meanwhile become fashionable to say: Victims do not exist. Or, only too readily, one is apt to quote Krishnamurti, who in his later years of life, presented his central secret to his listeners with the following words: “I have nothing against what is happening”.

I expect of all those who have seriously entered peace work and want to end war in themselves and against others to address this issue with great awareness.

One can utilize the greatest spiritual truths to be able to escape the deepest truth. However, only temporarily! The question always is: Do the teachings I represent serve to raise awareness and heal reality or detract from it?

Sentence of empowerment: "You are part of the solution".
