Sabine Lichtenfels - Spiritual Work

To all Peaceworkers,

I am occupied with many news, painful news, love themes and the question of how to heal the Earth. All over the world the power of the catastrophes is becoming more acute. Nevertheless, there are also news of healing taking place.

In this Ring of Power I want to emphasise the good news. Something happened that allows us to note that the solidarity among the peace forces can be successful. The following news reached us from the "Tent of Nations", in Palestine:

"Our lawyer has addressed the Israeli court with an appeal to stop the demolition of some of our buildings which was planed for Monday and has been successful. I believe that this has happened due to the pressure and the reactions which came from all over the world, through letters sent to the Israeli Government and Authorities. The court accepted the protest and stopped the Israeli Military until a court decision is taken. The military now has six weeks to justify their intention of demolition. We have jointly succeeded to freeze the demolition order, at least for the time being - with all our prayers and your support through letters and appeals - and to bring the matter to the next level of jurisdiction. It is a victory of justice, albeit a small, temporary victory, but a victory nevertheless. I wish to thank all of you for your prayers, the many e-mails and demonstrations and visits of solidarity. I will keep you informed of how the matter develops in front of the court."

The preparation for the GRACE Pilgrimage in Bogota, due to take place in November 2010, is in full swing.

In order to prepare for this, mentally and spiritually, the "School 2012" has chosen the article "The Miracle of Mulatos", by Martin Winiecki, as a second study text. He describes the power a community has, when it is inspired by a planetary vision. In this context we wish to also draw your attention to the short film "Beyond 2012", directed by Ludwig Schramm, one of our young co-workers. It is a wonderful short film which strengthens the power of hope.

Recognise the structure of war in the smallest! This will make it easier to see through it in the larger sense. First of all begin to look within yourself, then in your close environment and your community! Finally you will see that it is not an individual failure. What are needed are totally new social structures, a new religiousness, a new abode for love and truth and trust, for this insanity to come to an end.

Full joy of existence will blossom in us when only we have found the full power and authority to end the misery on this planet. Everyone, the suffering as well as the victims and perpetrators are part of one existence. The compassion of the awakened will not tire until even the last one has been freed of his bonds. Then the celebration of a new Earth can truly begin. True inner transformation is always measured against its outward effect.

It is the Goddess that roars in us: Wake up, human being! Wake up to new life and love. No longer condemn me to the basements, to the slums and squalor of your culture. Instead let me enter the Holy Land, the palaces of your soul, your gardens of pleasure and of love. Become the guardian of my paradise on Earth. Become the guardian of my truth. For those who love truth, also love life!
